The Atomic Clock Indoor/Outdoor with Humidity and Temperature features a large display with calendar, day of the week, and wireless outdoor sensor. When using the WWVB features, users should select the correct time zone before the RCC (Radio Controlled Clock) search, ensure the location can receive the time signal, and place the clock away from potential sources of interference. If the RCC signal is not received successfully, the time can be set manually.

Atomic clocks use the WWVB radio signal transmitted by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in Fort Collins, Colorado, to automatically synchronize the correct time. These clocks are accurate to within one second when receiving daily WWVB updates.

The package includes an Atomic Clock (14.2"×9.4"×1.2"), a Wireless Outdoor Sensor (1.57"×4.09"×1.02"), and a user manual. The clock can be powered by 4 AA batteries (not included) and the outdoor sensor by 2 AAA batteries (not included). The device does not have a backlight.
